39 Again!

How is July treating you so far? If you’re feeling the heat, I hope you get some relief soon! A lot has been going on in my world, lots of writing and releases and general shenanigans. Where to start? I’ll stick to the book stuff, since nobody wants to hear about my new passion for hiking/falling down hills.
First of all, the next book in Marie’s series is almost ready to be released into the wild, and I have it on good authority that this is the best one yet.

I also celebrated a birthday (I turned 39 AGAIN, can you believe it?)

Neil The Seal is back in town:
You might have seen Neil on social media. He’s a total badass juvenile southern elephant seal that returns from the sea to wreck havoc in Tasmania twice a year, flattening fenceposts, lying across the roads, fighting road cones. He’s just the cutest thing ever, and I love his attitude. I’m obsessing over him – respectfully, from a distance, of course.
Currently watching:
House of the Dragon! I feel like I’ve been waiting for this season forever. As a result I’ve forgotten who everyone is and what has happened so far, so I had to watch the recap three times to refresh my memory.
